WHAT
Sentris, formerly KV Baltic, is a Lithuanian data centre design and build company backed by Norwegian investors and experienced across both Nordic and Baltic markets. The company supports clients throughout the full development cycle, from concept and technical design to component selection, construction, installation and operations. As its ambitions expanded internationally, the regional name and service-led narrative no longer reflected the scale of the business. Our task was to reposition the company for global growth while making both its expertise and the Baltic data centre opportunity credible to international clients.

INSIGHT
The rapid growth of AI, high-performance computing and digital services is increasing demand for infrastructure while placing greater pressure on energy, cost and environmental performance. The key insight was that sustainability and efficiency are not separate objectives: the same decisions that reduce energy use and environmental impact also improve operating costs, resilience and long-term competitiveness. For Sentris, this created an opportunity to turn sustainability from a general industry promise into a practical engineering advantage.
POSITIONING
The positioning gave Sentris a clear role in the future of digital infrastructure. Its purpose – Powering technological breakthroughs of tomorrow – connected data centre development to the innovations it enables. By defining the company as data centre efficiency engineers, the strategy emphasised its specialist expertise in balancing performance, energy use and long-term resilience. This was brought together in the value proposition – Designing for sustainable efficiency – which expressed Sentris’s commitment to creating infrastructure that is both commercially competitive and environmentally responsible.

OUTCOME
The new brand, Sentris, crystallises the repositioning by giving the company a name, narrative and visual language aligned with its international ambitions. The new visual identity, developed by andstudio, translates the idea of sustainable efficiency into a sharp, modern system that reflects the company’s commitment to future-ready, environmentally responsible infrastructure. Extended across the website, messaging, sales materials and go-to-market activations, the new brand balances technical credibility with the clarity and confidence needed to engage global technology leaders.
