When something doesn’t exist at Synthesis CG, we don’t wait around - we create it. That’s why we’re launching our first-ever Art Strategist role. We’re seeking someone who embodies this same creative courage to help us shape not just campaigns, but an entirely new way of working.
Started in 2016 as a boutique agency startup, today Synthesis CG is a new generation brand and data agency group with an international presence. Known for crafting strategy, design, and digital experiences that help brands stand out and grow, we solve complex challenges with clarity and creativity - and we’re looking for talented people ready to make an impact.
We’re hiring our first full-time Art Strategist - think senior art director meets business thinker, someone who can move seamlessly between creative instinct and strategic intent. We’re after a visual mind who can build a clear, compelling visual culture across everything we do - from campaigns and data products to brand identity and internal UX.
The challenges you’ll take on:
- Campaign design and art direction
- Visual design of data-driven solutions
- Internal branding and communication projects
- Content campaign design for Synthesis
- Building and shaping Synthesis’s visual identity and culture
- UX/UI direction for internal tools and products
- Overseeing our case portfolio and sales materials
We expect you to:
- A strong blend of art direction, graphic design, and video/motion skills
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere/After Effects a plus), and Figma
- Plus if you are familiar with motion graphics principles and designing for animation
- An even bigger plus if you have proficiency in latest AI tools and developments
Gross salary starting from 3000 EUR.
